Please use the online form below to submit the abstract of your proposed presentation/workshop. The deadline for the submission of proposals is 31 August 2013.

Abstracts can be submitted in English, French or German.

Please do not insert any blank lines between paragraphs and do not use manual hyphenation.

Proposal Agreement
By submitting this proposal, I am making a professional commitment to present at the FIT XX World Congress.
I understand that if I wish to attend any Congress sessions or events, I MUST register for the Congress. Speakers do NOT receive a complimentary registration.
I understand that I do not receive any monetary compensation or reimbursement for any expenses.
I agree that this proposal is NOT intended to sell or promote products or services.
I understand that FIT will schedule my presentation according to what is best for the attendees and is unable to fulfil special scheduling requests.
I will prepare my presentation to the best of my ability and will meet all deadlines required.
I warrant that the abstract submitted is free from third-party rights and can be published wholly or in part on the conference website and in the conference programme, and that the conference organiser is indemnified against third-party claims in connection with the abstract's publication.
I agree to the publication of abstract and biography I have submitted on the conference website and in the conference programme.
Audiovisual Support
FIT will provide the following audiovisual equipment to support your presentation:
  • - LCD Projector (to project the image of your laptop screen)
  • - Laptop / presentation PC
  • - Internet connection
  • - Flipchart (large pad of paper with markers) or visualizer/overhead projector
  • - Microphone
I understand the above information and will develop my presentation according to the equipment available.
